Flute

In 2014 completed my masters in flute performance at New England Conservatory where I studied with Paula Robison. I have also benefitted greatly from the mentorship of Leone Buyse, Elizabeth Rowe, Keith Underwood, and Greer Ellison.

As a soloist, I received first prize at the 34th Annual Pappoutsakis Competition and performed my winner's recital in Jordan Hall in September 2014. As a chamber musician, I performed frequently in Jordan Hall with the wind quintet "Philharmonic Five", twice winners of the NEC Honors Ensemble Competition, and with the Borromeo String Quartet as a winner of their Guest Artist Award.

As an orchestral flutist, I have performed under some of the finest conductors of our time, including Christoph von Dohnányi, Rafael Frühbeck, Charles Dutoit, Stéphane Denève, Hugh Wolff, and Stefan Asbury. I was a New World Symphony finalist for the 2014-15 season and have previously played in the New World Symphony, Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra, NEC’s Philharmonia Orchestra, Harvard Bach Society Orchestra, and the San Francisco Symphony Youth Orchestra. A particular highlight of my summer at Tanglewood was performing alongside the Boston Symphony Orchestra to an audience of over 10,000!
